Assurant Health’s Rate Guarantee – Up to 3 Years
Lock in the same low rates for up to 36 months. Your first 12 months of premiums are guaranteed to stay the same; and with many plans you'll be guaranteed for 24 months. With the plans that qualify for a 24-month guarantee, you'll even have the option to extend it to three years! Many health plans start raising premiums after just 3 months – not Assurant Health. With Assurant Health you can get a three-year rate lock-in.

Decreasing Deductibles

At Assurant Health we believe you should be rewarded for maintaining your good health and sensibly managing your health care expenses. As a qualifying Assurant Health member, you'll receive one of two options at your renewal:
- A 10% discount on your base medical renewal premium*, or…
- A 24-month rate guarantee on your renewal premium**

Qualifying is easy. If you have no more than $500 in paid claims during the renewal term and you provide Assurant Health with a brief questionnaire attesting to your health, then you'll receive your HealthyDiscount. It’s that easy!
